Most significantly the PCH fan for the chipset is REALLY loud and never spins down no matter how cool the motherboard is. My fans should be spinning down or even off. Here is the thing - As I type this my temps are in the high 20s/low 30s. The fans LOOK nice but I can't tell if they are what is making it loud.
